Android Auto is an advanced and smart driving companion that forces drivers to stay focused, connected, and entertained along with Google Assistant. Android Auto is part of Google Workspace and offers tons of features and facilities for the user’s convenience. And now, to upgrade the features and functionality, the company is rolling out a new design for Google Maps within Android Auto. Check out the article for detailed information.

Android Auto is rolling out a new update, by which the Google Maps are getting new changes. Now, the users in the navigation section of Google Maps will see a facelift along with new button designs and less crowded information. So once the users upgrade their Android Auto with this new update, they will get a more user-friendly experience while using Google Maps and also get more clear information, which will be easily catchable for the eyes.

The latest update of Android Auto that brings new changes to Google Maps has arrived with its identification build number, which is v11.104.0100 and also Android Auto v10.8, that are rolling out through the Play Store.

However, this update has only appeared on the server side and not for all the users yet. This means the update is still in the testing stage and not ready for stable release. It seems that the company is rolling out this update gradually, but it is expected that soon, the brand will roll out the update widely.

Apart from this, to stop the navigation button, look at alternate routes, search for additional locations, see stops on the route, and an overflow button will appear. These have also been, to a certain extent, detached from a line divider that was placed between the two sections.

This update will deliver a more modern and newer look, along with a new sidebar, which Google announced on Android Auto recently.
