YouTube Music’s Now Playing UI gets a revamp with a gradient background
In its quest for aesthetic perfection, YouTube Music has provided a delightful gradient effect to the solid color-based background of its Now Playing UI. The gradient color pattern, lighter at the top and gradually getting darker below, not only enhances the visual appeal but also helps the play/pause, shuffle, repeat, and other icons stand out due to the darker color theme below, adding a touch of excitement to your music experience.
Another change in the revamped Now Playing UI that could be noticed is the options at the bottom. These options, including Up Next, Lyrics, and Related, are now removed from a box, with the text buttons simply kept floating in place. Even though the pull-up indicator line has now been removed, users can still swipe up to access their song’s queue.
To date, the newest revamp of YouTube’s Now Playing UI is widely rolling out with the YouTube Music 7.01 version for iPhone and iPad. Moreover, if your YouTube Music app is running the latest version mentioned above but you are still not seeing the latest update, then close the YouTube Music app and relaunch it.
