Samsung Confirms Galaxy AI In Upcoming Foldable Smartphones

At this year’s Galaxy Unpacked event, the company revealed an important aspect of Galaxy AI’s existence. This AI feature was first seen with the Galaxy S24 series, and it was limited to that series. Now, Samsung can also see it in other devices in the markets. Samsung will incorporate Galaxy AI in its next-generation foldable smartphones.

In a post on Samsung’s official website, the company clearly stated that “to deliver a completely new and unique AI experience, we will further improve the Galaxy AI experience for the upcoming foldable device.” The blog post also includes many details about Galaxy AI, including its implementation in the next foldable device. 

Which shows that the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 will have Galaxy AI. The Galaxy AI experience will be a more optimized option for foldable devices. Apart from this, the brand has also talked about the “Hybrid AI approach.” This new feature can also be used for on-device and cloud-based AI features. 

With AI devices, users can get better performance, privacy, accurate answers, and advanced responses. Cloud-based AI can also provide users with many types of facilities and new features that will make it easier for them to keep their documents safe. The new features of Galaxy AI can include many things that can help users in daily life. 

In this feature, the device included Circle to Search, which is helpful for getting information about any image or text by drawing a circle on it. The Browsing Assistant helps in summarizing large articles and web pages. Call Assist and Live Translation are used for real-time translation during phone calls, and you can translate any language in the world into your language.

The Transcript Assist helps convert voice recordings into text with speaker identification, which also saves the user a lot of time. The Note Assist summarizes notes and creates new templates. The Chat Assist helps you correct messages and grammar. 

Photo Editing suggestions improve photos and make them easier to beautify. Generative Photo Editing is a useful AI feature for editing that makes photos better than before by editing them with just a gesture. 

This upcoming Galaxy foldable device can come on the market in early July. However, the company has yet to share much information about it. Samsung is ready to compete with many companies with its Galaxy AI, and it is expected to be launched soon.
