Telegram Celebrates 11th Anniversary with Six Exciting New Features

Telegram decided to add some new features after completing its 11th anniversary. It has introduced six new features, which users can use according to their utility. The new features include star reactions, star subscriptions, bots, and paid media so that admins can also post as their second channel or personal profile.

Star Reaction

Star reaction is one of Telegram’s new features. Users can support their favorite channels and content creators by sending them stars through this feature. In this way, channel owners will get 100% stars, which they can also exchange for rewards in the form of cryptocurrency, Ton coin, or subsidized ads. To give star reactions to posts, you have to follow these steps:

Channel settings > Reactions > Paid Reactions have been activated.

Season Ticket with Stars

Content creators will be allowed to create special invite links for content creators to join a channel in exchange for a monthly payment in Telegram stars.

Star Membership

This new feature can also be used as a new form of monetization for channels. A special channel must be created to publish the Star Membership contact first. The user has to go to Channel Settings > Channel Type > Manage Invitation Links, which will create a new link and enable the monthly fee.

Paid Media with Bots

Users can earn monetary income by posting paid photos and videos on bots in their channel, which requires an admin to manage the Telegram business accounts and bots. This will also provide an easy solution to features like automating Telegram channels, image creation, and video upscaling.

Discount for those who reinvest stars

Developers or channel owners use their stars to receive rewards in Tone Coin, and Telegram also charges them a reduced fee. With this feature, content creators who decide to reinvest their stars to promote their channel with ads on the app will get an additional 30% discount.

Super Channel

When users publish their own Telegram channel, subscribers will usually see the channel name and image instead of your channel. Users can also create it as a group where admins can publish their personal profiles, just like in your other channel.

Users can choose how to post anytime by tapping their profile picture in their channel admin message bar. For this, users first have to go to Admin in Channel Settings and enable Sign Message and Show Author Profile so that channels can also be converted into Super Channels.

Viewing documents on iOS

Users can easily view the latest news and any type of document (pdf, xis, or docx) on iOS. They can also easily switch between flies and messages in chat.
