Google Confirms Android 16 for Q2 2025 Release
Google has recently made the Android 16 Developer Preview live for the Pixel devices. Along with software information about the software, the company has also shared the official timeline of Android 16 stability.
Android 16 early arrival to make Android version program back on track
Google has taken a longer time to introduce its major update for this year; in comparison, the Android 15 has come to stability almost three months late. But to bring it on track with next year, the Android giant is confirmed to bring the next major update , Android 16, in the second quarter of the company.

According to the Android 16 development official timeline, Google will introduce two developer previews where one is already live and another will be available in December. Moving forward, the company will introduce four beta updates in the next four months, including January, February, March, and April. Finally, it will introduce the stable update for its Pixel devices in the next few days.
if every thing goes well as mentioned in the official timeline, then many eligible Android devices could get the taste of Android 16 early in the third quarter of 2025.
