WhatsApp Added A New Shortcut For Status Privacy Settings

WhatsApp is the most popular instant messaging app, And it’s going to make a lot of changes as well as features. The developers have recently released a new beta version of their app: 2.22.6.2 does not actually bring any news for users, but it offers us a clue about a feature in development.

According to WABetaInfo, soon users will be able to easily choose who can see a state: now, in order to change these options, you need to go to the app settings, while in the future there will be the possibility to do so simply from the Status tab, accessible from the bar at the bottom. On this screen, there will be a button that will allow you to open the window shown in the screenshot below, from where you can choose who can see the state.

As mentioned, this feature is still under development and is not even available in the beta version: in all probability, it will arrive on the stable version in a few weeks.
