Instagram Has Announced Three New Features To Enhance The Usage Stability
Instagram has announced three new features, which include the facility to share location with your friends in direct messages like WhatsApp. It also has the facility to give new stickers and nicknames to friends. Apart from this, like Snapchat’s SnapMap, it will also have the facility to share your location for one hour.
location sharing
This can also be helpful for all users in many ways, like through location sharing, users can also connect with another user soon. However, all these features are currently disabled by default. This new live location sharing feature is currently available for some limited countries.
Give nicknames
Instagram will now allow giving nicknames to yourself, friends, and also in group chats in DM. This feature is active only in specific chats, so unknown people cannot see these nicknames. It seems that the aim of this new feature is to enhance the user experience and foster deeper relationships by making the users more focused and interactive.
New sticker packs
The 17 new sticker packs have also been included in Instagram DM with more than 300 new stickers. Users can also customize these stickers through cropping functions or with AI. This new feature may come out soon for Instagram users.
