What’s New With “Smart Search” Feature 

Google Files is getting a new feature, “Smart Search“, which helps users find their contents or files in their storage more easily and quickly. According to the news, it is revealed that, now, if the users type any query for searching some content, it automatically detects the file type and extension and displays the users in the relevant results.

 With the new Smart Search functionality, users will be more easily able to find any content in their storage treasure within no time. These features directly save the users’ time and hassle when they need to access a specific file fast. 

Google Files Settings UI Improvement 

With the latest update, the brand provides new improvements and changes to Google Files Settings UI. Now, the users will get improved settings functionality. For instance, it now gets better categorised and organised, which helps the users navigate and adjust their preferences more efficiently and smoothly. 

Also, the users can access the new document feature from the settings menu, which permits the users to store and access the user’s essential documents securely and conveniently. It is also noticed that for most of the users, this feature is active by default, but in case it is disabled, then users are easily able to enable it.
