Today, the brand has released a poster to officially confirm the launch date of the Magic 6 series. It will be the first snapdragon 8 gen 3 handsets to launch in 2024, and it may announce Magic 6 series smartphones in China as early as January.

As we see in the poster, two dates have been chosen for the launch of Honor Magic OS 8.0 and Magic 6 series, Jan 10 and 11. There is a possibility of more devices being added to this series. It is believed that Huawei was the first phone in China to support satellite communications, but now the upcoming Magic 6 series will become the second phone to support two-way satellite communications.

Based on its new teaser, its key features are as follows: The Magic 6 series features the Snapdragon 8 Gen 6 chipset and can run on the latest Magic OS 8.0 UI. It has a 50 MP Sony LYT 900, 1-inch camera sensor, while the Magic 6 also comes with this 50 MP OmniVision OV50K primary camera on the Magic 6 and 6 Pro along with 66W and 100 W wired charging supports.

A 50W wireless charging facility can also be provided in the Pro variant. Additionally, Honor confirmed its collaboration with Porsche Design Studio and the possibility of it coming with a new variant, Magic 6 Porsche Design.
