WhatsApp Is Optimizing In Testing A New Favorite Filtering Feature To Chats Tab
WhatsApp has unveiled an exclusive beta update for Android users at 2.24.9.23, introducing a new feature to the Chats tab. This feature, currently available only to our esteemed beta testers, is set to revolutionize how you access conversations and find your favorite contacts and groups.
WhatsApp is rolling out a favorite filtering feature for the chats tab
According to the Wabetainfo This feature was previously available only for the Calls tab, where users could easily and quickly access contacts for phone calls. This feature is available on the Google Play Store and is also being tested for WhatsApp Chats and Groups. WhatsApp is also developing many other features.
With this update, our beta testers can now utilize a user-friendly filter to swiftly locate conversations, simplifying the process of prioritizing and finding the most important people and group chats. You can even add these chats to your favorites directly in the tab, ensuring they appear first. To do this, simply navigate to the app settings and add a tab named “Favorite,” then start using it.
This feature also enables you to effortlessly add, remove, and reorder favorite contacts and groups. You can now view important conversations without the need to open your contacts, significantly reducing search time and maintaining accessibility and organization. The favorite filtering feature for the chat tab is currently in the hands of our beta testers, but we’re thrilled to announce that it will be available to more users in the near future.
