Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold and Pixel 9 Pro launch date announced officially

Google has officially confirmed that the Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9 Pro Fold are coming to India. The first glimpse can be seen on August 13. The event will start at 10:30 p.m. in India. These upcoming devices are expected to be integrated with Google AI Gemini.
Google has revealed in the official teaser that “the device will come with the integration of AI, Gemini in the back panel. Both these models will be brought to the market on August 13 through a Google event scheduled at 10 am PT, which means it will be 10.30 pm in India’’. Besides, Google did not reveal any other information about the upcoming smartphones.
Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold
According to the official teaser, the device has a stunning design with a dual-pill-shaped camera cutout. The camera island is placed in a rectangle in the top-left corner.
Although the teaser does not reveal the front camera, the phone will have a punch-hole camera on the left side of the screen, an upgrade from the older Fold model. It may also be possible to use a smaller bezel size.
The Pixel 9 pro-Fold may be available in two Obsidian and Porcelain colour options. The foldable device may be priced at EUR1,899 and approximately Rs. 1,68,900 for the 256GB model, and EUR 2,029 and approximately Rs. 1,80,500 for the 512GB model.

On the other hand, the back panel of the Google Pixel 9 Pro has a small camera with a triple rear camera, flash, and laser autofocus. The device is expected to be similar to the Google Pixel 8 Pro.
The upcoming Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9 Pro XL may have a triple 50 MP rear camera setup. The upcoming device may have slight differences in screen size and battery capacity.
The Pixel 9 Pro is expected to be available in four colours: Obsidian, Porcelain, Hazel (sage Green), and Pink. The expected prices of the device could be EUR1,099 (roughly Rs 97,500) for 128GB, EUR 1,199 (roughly Rs 1,06,400) for 256GB, and EUR 1,329 (roughly Rs 1,18,000) for 512GB. Other details about these devices will be known only after the launch.
