Pixel users are still waiting for the June 2023 security update. Meanwhile, Google started rolling out frequent Play system updates for Android devices. These releases are not strictly once a month; this time, it saw that we didn’t have to wait too long for the next one this time around. This June 2023 Play System Update brings general improvements and includes Gpay support for foldable devices and more.

According to the released note, this latest monthly update adds new alerts and recommendations to secure your Google Account, and the Find My Device now supports more devices, including accessories, using a new privacy-centric framework. Moreover, this update adds Gpay support for foldable devices, now foldable devices, and users can pay online payments like bills, mobile recharge, and merchant payments by Gpay.

Apart from these, this latest update also controls the opt-out of fun animations after completing a payment or using a pass. In the final list, it adds reminder dialogs for pending system updates.
