  • Go to the Browse tab.
  • Select Activity.

  • Now tap on Add data at the top right corner.
  • Next, you can add a workout from several health categories, including your activity, body measurement, cycle tracking, hearing, heart, medicine, nutrition, and more.
  • Once you have filled in all the information, tap on Add. 
  • It is then added to your workout history.

  • Open the workout app on your Apple Watch.
  • Browse the workout options and select which one you want to choose.
  • If you want to track a workout from an Apple watch without time or distance, then you need to tap on the workout icon. It will begin automatically.
  • If you want to set a goal for your workout, such as for workout, calorie by tapping on the three dots.
  • You can either start the workout by the default settings or customize them as needed. To edit, tap on the edit option.
  • You will notice a three-sec timer.
  • Now you can start your workout.
