Google is developing a new Android Auto Feature for Android devices in which users can also get many other features for “local media” from their car. It is being speculated that Gemini Live support can be given in the car. Google has already brought many new features for all its devices.

Google mentioned Android Auto in July, in which your car’s radio can be controlled directly. It can be sent to the device through the Android Auto 12.7 version. Through this app, users can also add and remove “favorite” stations. On the other hand, this latest Android Auto 12.8 beta adds new information about the use of “Car local media” through Auto.
Apart from this, new icons have also been added in this update for both radio and local media playback. However, none of these versions have been rolled out yet. It appears that Gemini Live support on Google Android Auto is also coming soon.
A closer look at the new string reveals that it adds a codename directly related to Gemini and the ability to “Start a conversation.” Along with this, some of the added properties also include “Star” for Gemini.
Previously, Google has also used “Kitt Live” in relation to Gemini Live. Gemini Live made its debut with the Pixel 9 series earlier this month and is rolling out to Android users in English along with Gemini Advanced. It is clear when these features will be rolled out.
