Google has also changed its search results, which will now link directly to the Internet Archive to add historical context to the links in your results. This capability can soon be seen on the device, and users will find it very easy to get any kind of information.
Google Search Internet Archive Wayback Machine
It is most difficult to find information in Google Search when the user gets old information instead of new information. To solve this problem, there is also a need for historical context in the recently updated page. The company will soon launch this new feature for creators.
Earlier, it was possible through cached pages in search, but it was also removed this year. For this feature, Google has partnered with the Internet Archive, which stores and preserves a large part of the web. This preservation is done through the “Wayback Machine,” which can also show a website or specific page present on a previous date.
According to the Internet Archive, all types of Google results will now be visible in Google Search with just one click. To link to the Internet Archive’s Wayback Machine, you need to click on the three-dot menu button that appears alongside all search results. Finally, users will be able to get information about any page with just a tap. This new feature is still actively available to users and will soon be available on all devices.
