Google’s Android 12L Beta 3 Out Now: The final version will arrive in March [Download Link]
Google has released the Android 12 in the market. And several OEMs join the OS with their custom skins for more features. After Android 12, the next version to arrive will not be Android 13, but Android 12L, an update less for mobiles but very important for tablets, folding, and Chromebooks, and whose launch is just around the corner.
Google also wants to have its say and releases Beta 3 of Android 12L, its new operating system dedicated to folding devices. For the first time, the Pixel 6s are also among the devices compatible with Android 12L. This would be the last beta scheduled for this month of February, announcing that the final version of Android 12L will arrive in March.

Android 12L Beta 3 Features
- Removed Split top link for Picture-in-Picture content.
- Repositioned the text “No notification” in the notification drop-down.
- Reduced the radius of curvature of the edges of apps with split screen active.
- Updated the Split top link in the recent apps menu.
- The settings section dedicated to the Screen saver has been updated.
- The weather is displayed correctly in the At a Glance widget.
- Fixed display issues with the screen shutdown animation.
- Fixed occasional crashes when activating split screen.
Android 12L Beta 3 arrives with the latest improvements and bug fixes, being supported by the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro is one of the most important new features. Until now Android 12L Beta was not available for the new Google flagship. The news officially announced by Google are the following:
- Support for the Pixel 6 and 6 Pro.
- Updated test environment.
- Bug fixes and optimizations.

Google clarifies that Android 12L is still under active development, so some features and apps may not always work as expected, but in general, most apps and features of the operating system should not fail.
The update described is currently being rolled out to all those who have installed the second beta of Android 12L. To join the beta program, you can manually download and install the third release. Below you will find the download links for all compatible Pixels.

Android 12L Beta 3 is available for download. If you have a compatible Pixel, you need to enroll the device in the Android Beta Program for the update to arrive via OTA. If you are already registered, just go to ‘Settings’ > ‘System’ > ‘System update’ to update.
