Telegram Includes Some Exciting New Features Via Updates

Telegram rolled out an update in January that added ten new features, including saved messages, one-time voice and video messages, and other things to provide users with new features and experiences. Its new updates are as follows- 

The Saved Messages 2.0 feature has received a new update in which users will have a chat called saved messages, a place for notes, reminders and forwarded messages from other chats. You can keep these messages as storage for your links, media and bookmarks, which you can view on your own time and also save with tags.

Messages saved during chat, you get to see a new update in which you can easily see the list of groups and channels during private chat and forward and save messages. In these, you can also pin the chat at the top. 

To organize saved messages, you can add more than one tag so that you can search quickly by filtering when needed, and this taq also contains emojis. You can also give any other name to this taq that is already available to some users. 

Groups and channels all have a shared media section for faster chat access to photos, links, music, and more. This update also adds a ‘Saved’ tab. It has significantly improved the search options in chat, allowing you to navigate through search results and view them as a concise list. 

The View-Once setting will now be available for voice and video messages, allowing you to play messages only once, with an animation prompting you to send them again and again. 

You can record any voice or video message, and at this point, you can stop and then start the recording instead of searching multiple messages. In this, the old check feature has been recreated. It also has a privacy setting through which you can hide any chat. The facility of Last seen and read time is also provided, in which you can hide the seen and read times. 

Private messaging permissions are also provided separately; in this, you can choose ‘Everyone’ or ‘my contacts’, and for premium users, if you send them the messages first, then they will be able to reply. This update will bring faster loading and higher-quality content. Videos will load four times faster with high quality, and they can also control the playback speed. 

A new design update has been given for shared contacts, in which you can use better colours and emoji icons; you can choose them from the settings. There will also be an improved video messaging update on iOS, in which you can enjoy clearer video quality and switch more quickly. The update on MacOS can also be found on the app icons, and you can choose any of the 15 icons to theme your app.
