A few days ago, it was noticed that the YouTube Music web application might begin to support the offline downloading of the content; with that, now, it’s been reported that this capability has started to roll out for some users.
YouTube Music for the Web is getting a new feature that will support offline downloading. A random Reddit user shares the information, while within the post, he has shared that he has received the capability of offline downloading through the YouTube Music app for the web. However, it’s not yet clear whether this capability is widely spread or not.
Now, at the top, a new download button will be placed between Save to Library and the Three dots menu on the Album/Single Page. While downloading something from the YouTube Music app, you will now see a new Downloading option, which will indicate the progress and will appear in the bottom left corner.
Furthermore, there will be a new Downloads tab within the Library page, while the Filters will allow users to simply browse something by playlists, podcasts, songs, and Albums respectively.
