Google is rolling out the September 2024 monthly software update for some selected devices. This updated policy will be rolled out in two phases in September. In this new update, 11 security issues have been resolved in the Android 14 September patch of 2024-09-01, while 25 issues have been resolved for 2024-09-05.
September 2024 Update for Pixel Devices
These issues range from high to critical, for which this update has been released. This software update will be available for all supported Pixel devices running Android 14. This update is specially designed for security, and some fixes have also been made to remove third-party APKs and security vulnerabilities.
At the same time, some changes were also made in Wi-Fi, which fixed issues to improve the stability and performance of wireless Wi-Fi in some situations.
