Google’s Pixel Watch is fast becoming popular in the smartwatch market due to its design and Wear OS-powered software. These devices have already received updates to Wear OS 3 and Wear OS 4. Some time ago, they were also provided with the Wear OS 5 update, in which some users have also faced a problem.

This Wear OS 5 update comes to the Pixel Watch with better performance, new features, and further integration with Google’s services. Seeing some problems, the brand has decided to release this update again with fixes. However, this update was successfully installed on the Pixel Watch and Pixel Watch 2, while others faced black screens.

Google provided the Wear OS 5 update on Thursday evening, but it was stopped two days later, on September 26, after the black screen problem appeared. Wear OS 5 is expected to carry this forward with performance upgrades, faster app loading times, smoother transitions, and improved power efficiency.

This new Wear OS 5 also includes health and fitness tracking, which has become an important feature for the modern smartwatch. All these features will help Google’s Pixel Watch outperform competitors like the Apple Watch and Samsung Galaxy Watch. That said, Wear OS 5 for Pixel Watch is expected to be released later this year with some improvements.
