Multi-Audio Track Feature added to Instagram Reels today

Instagram has introduced a new multi-audio track feature on Reels, which will be rolled out worldwide, including India, from today. This new feature allows you to mix multiple audio tracks in reels without relying on any third-party app. 

Currently, creators mostly remix many songs and use them for trending reel videos. To overcome this problem, users can simultaneously add up to 20 tracks to the reel. While editing in the app, you can also add audio to visuals like text, stickers and clips. 

You can also access this feature in Instragrm’s native reel editor, which can be seen as “Add to Mix”. Once a mix is made, other people will also be able to see it, save the track, and reuse it, which will get a wider reach. Instagram’s head officially confirms this feature, Adam Mosseri – 

“Starting today you can add up to 20 audio tracks to a single reel, giving you more creative freedom with your content. You can align your audio with text, stickers and clips while editing it within Instagram. When you do this, you’ll also create your own unique audio mix that fans can save and reuse.
