For some time now, Android Auto was not working properly with the new software, Android 15. Now, the news has come that Android Auto 12.9 has come with a new update for the car, which users can also download in beta version. Google also released Android Auto 12.8 a week ago.

Android Auto is also going to come with version 13.0 with the latest update, and an interesting change can also be seen with Google Maps. However, users can expect new features from Android Auto 12.9 beta. This new update adds 23 tips and tricks to get the most out of Android in the car.

Unfortunately, not all these features are available on the device right now, but it can also have Gemini Live and a new music player. Through this, we can see another interesting change in Google Maps, which is the option to add a location as a stop instead of starting navigation.

It looks like it will also include many other improvements and internal changes. It could also add support for listening to Google Radio and live streaming. However, USB flash drives with MP3s will not be available in the vehicle’s USB port. The brand could also ditch the Android Auto UI to make use of this new software.

This update is working to improve the general stability and reliability of the app, which will also enable the development of major features for Google Android Auto in the future. Additionally, it will also fix all kinds of bugs that arise in the device.
