Gemini Live is now available to all users on Android with the introduction of new voices, which opens up an opportunity for users looking to engage with AI-powered voice experiences. This update enhances the interactive features of the Gemini AI platform, allowing even free users to engage with advanced voice technology.

Gemini Live is available in English and includes 10 new voices for Android users. Gemini Live has begun rolling out the feature to free Android users. To use it, go to Gemini settings > Gemini’s Voice to access it, and then users can get these ten types of voice, which are given below:

  • Nova
  • Ursa
  • Vega
  • Pegasus
  • Orbit
  • Lyra
  • Orian
  • Dipper
  • Eclipse
  • Capella

Gemini Live allows conversions that involve the spontaneous exchange of information. To use it, one can access the Gemini overlay or from the bottom right corner of the app. The feature opens a full-screen UI with ‘Hold’ and ‘End’ buttons at the bottom so users can get their questions answered. To end it, one can say Stop or swipe down on the notifications.

It also has a text transcript and lets one resume a conversation session. However, users cannot use it to access Gmail, YouTube Music, and other services. Google may soon bring it to iOS devices as well. The company has opened up possibilities for its Android users to access free, high-quality, diverse sound samples.
