Google Maps Moved the Weather to focus on direction tile

Earlier this year, Google announced that now weather trends will also be seen in Google Maps. This feature also started showing in the upper-left corner, but this feature was not working. Now, this feature will be moved to another part of the Android app, and an update will be released soon for its use.
This weather change will be seen first on Android devices. This new feature will roll out soon on the stable channel with version 11.153.x of Google Maps. After this, we will also be able to see this new feature on iOS devices. Maybe the weather in Google Maps will be switched to the bottom sheet.
This will also allow you to dock it at the bottom of your screen while browsing the user’s map. Google is working on moving this rectangular weather widget to the ‘latest in the area’ as the name is named after the city, neighborhood, or attraction that slides up from the bottom. This will also give the user other information about the weather in that city.
This weather feature, when fully expanded, appears in the top right corner, but the sheet is in the bottom-right corner. When interacting with the map layer, it is located in the bottom right corner. When users tap on the Explore Tab, this bottom card expands even more, and swiping the drag handle down removes the sheet completely.
This new change will also help in exploring the weather with Google Maps so that users can also guess the time to reach the destination, temperature, other conditions, and AQI. Google has not yet rolled out this update widely.
