Your Account Name Will Be Shown Instead of Google in Google Settings
The brand has made a small change to the settings page for Android phones, which was first spotted by Android Authority contributor Assemble Debug in Google Play Service version 24.42.31 after updating to Android 15. The brand is expected to introduce many other features in the coming time that can assist users.
However, this anticipated change may soon be seen in the public release. Google Settings for Services and Preferences in the System Settings page will soon start showing your account name instead of “Google.” If users use more than one account on their phone, Google Settings will show the name of the account they have selected.
Users can also switch between accounts inside the settings. This seems to be implemented to differentiate between different accounts used on the phone. This feature can only be seen on Android 15 devices. Apart from this feature, Android 15 also has many other features.
